Where products are in stock, orders are shipped within 2 working days (there are no orders dispatched over the weekend).
Please allow for a longer dispatch period over Bank Holidays.

If you have not received your order within seven days, please contact us by email at sales@fleursdeflorence.com

If we do not have a product in stock, it will be placed on back order and the balance of your items will be dispatched immediately.

Europe and USA

Orders under £16: £2.50, 
from £16.01 to £30.00: £3.50, 
from £30.01 to £60.00: £4.50.
Orders over £60.00 FREE.
Orders over £70 FREE with a gift.

Bank Holidays will delay delivery by a further day. Please make sure there is someone available to sign for a next day delivery parcel otherwise it will be taken to your local depot.

Rest of the world
You will be charged at our standard rate shown above. Where weight or volume is excessive, you may be charged for
additional shipping. We will determine the cheapest rate available and notify you via email of amended shipping costs. You may then elect to pay these costs or cancel your order.

Returns
We genuinely care to provide our customers with the best natural aromatherapy skincare products. However if your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, or are faulty, we will refund the cost of unopened and unused products if you send us a return request by email at sales@fleursdeflorence.com within 14 days of sending your
order. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Some people find they are sensitive to essential oils and any substance, natural or chemical, capable of triggering sensitivities in certain people. We list all the ingredients we use in each product in the products link at http://www.fleursdeflorence.com/products/products-firenze.htm and explain their properties and safety guidelines at http://www.fleursdeflorence.com/products/products-ingredients.htm. If you know you are sensitive to certain ingredients, please check whether or not they are in the product you wish to purchase. For some products you can order free samples. However we regret that we are not able to offer a refund if after using a product you find you are sensitive to it.
